Who We Are?
Murray Kent
Murray is the founding Director of Pacific Home Loans following a 12 year career in banking and finance. One of Murray's strengths is his ability to explain various aspects of finance in a simple and understandable manner. This skill has been a large contributor to the growth of the business through word of mouth referral. Murray enjoys playing a key role in assisting clients achieve their financial goals and dreams.
Kerry Champion
Kerry joined Pacific Home Loans and Finance in 2003 following a long Banking career. As our Client Service Manager, Kerry plays a key role in ensuring the loan application process is smooth and that clients are kept informed at all stages, from initial application through to loan settlement. Additionally, her personal touch and dedication to customer care, make Kerry an invaluable asset of our business.
Zoe Martin
Zoe joined the company in 2003 and like all members of Pacific Home Loans and Finance, came from a lengthy banking career. Along with Murray, Zoe is a mobile mortgage broker and is considered to be a "First Home Buyer Specialist". In line with company policy, Zoe's ability to take a genuine personal interest in clients needs has seen her build a very strong customer following.
Dale Smerdon
Dale has been with the team since 2007, after a lengthy career with nab. Dale's main role is to lodge all our client applications to the respective lenders with attention to Quality control and meeting the latest regulatory compliance standards. Lender follow up to ensure they meet required time frames is something in which Dale takes tremendous pride.
Liz
Liz joined our team in February 2010. With a strong background in Customer Service and Administration combined with her infectious energy, Liz is a valued member of our team and has the priceless ability to make clients feel welcome.
